will everyone please go look at this blog.
day 11: a song from your favorite band artist
this was a remarkably easy choice to make, so it thought i’d at least make it interesting by choosing one of Kanye’s songs that a) has a sweet video and b) comes off his least-loved album. i will absolutely defend ‘808s and Heartbreak’—i personally think it’s more interesting than ‘Graduation’, although that may just be because i played ‘Graduation’ to DEATH when it came out.
anyway, wooh, Kanye!
kanye, what
what is this
what are you doing

day 16: a song you used to love but now hate
more Kanye. okay, so if i “love” a song, it’s unlikely that i’m going to ever hate it. usually, i just listen to it so much that when i hear it, i no longer register it as ‘music’. it just kind of drifts by. which is sad, and that’s why i try not to over-play songs anymore, even if i love them.
also, this song was my ringtone for a while, which is a great way to make yourself sick of a song you like.
